Information we handle

Necessary technical requests deliver pages and protect the service. If you allow analytics, we may measure page paths, site-owned link and button labels, click location, referrer, browser or device category, and approximate geography. Google Analytics derives country, region and city. Our first-party Cloudflare endpoint records IP-derived country, region, city, postal code when available, and approximate latitude and longitude with the related site event.

Cloudflare's network estimate is not an exact street address. We do not write raw IP addresses to our analytics dataset, and we do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, visitor-entered URLs or message text as analytics event parameters.

Enquiries and free website reviews

Information you submit is prepared for delivery to contact@zequnweb.com through your email application or a configured lead endpoint, and is used to answer that request and related project communication.

The browser keeps only a non-identifying submission receipt such as the time, form type, source and delivery method. It no longer stores the complete enquiry locally.

Your analytics choice

Google Analytics, our Cloudflare event endpoint, Microsoft Clarity when configured, and Ahrefs Analytics on global pages operate only after you choose “Allow analytics.” Analytics storage is granted only after that choice; advertising storage remains denied.

Your choice is stored locally in the browser. When analytics is allowed, a first-party consent marker cookie also lets the Cloudflare endpoint verify that choice. You can reopen Cookie settings from any footer and withdraw consent at any time.

Click events, heatmaps and recordings

Events measure navigation, calls to action, pricing interest, portfolio visits, FAQ openings, language changes, email and WhatsApp clicks, form starts and completed form handoffs.

When Microsoft Clarity is enabled, it can provide click and scroll heatmaps and session recordings. Every enquiry form is explicitly masked, and form values are not attached to custom events.

Service providers and sharing

Google Analytics processes measurement data. Cloudflare delivers the site and stores the consented first-party event dataset. Microsoft Clarity, when enabled, processes heatmap and session information. Ahrefs Analytics may measure visits on global pages. These providers process technical identifiers according to their own terms and settings.

We do not sell personal information or use these analytics events for personalised advertising. Data may be disclosed where required by law or needed to protect the service.

Retention and security

Enquiry correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably needed to answer the request, deliver agreed work, maintain necessary business records or meet legal obligations. Cloudflare Analytics Engine currently retains this first-party event dataset for three months. Other analytics retention is controlled in the relevant provider accounts.

We do not store raw visitor IP addresses in the event dataset, we limit analytics fields, and we keep private form content separate from measurement events, but no internet service is entirely risk-free.

Your choices

You may use the website with analytics turned off. You may also request access, correction or deletion of enquiry information where applicable, and clear local storage through your browser settings.

This business website is intended for companies and professional clients, not services directed to children.
