Hong Kong prices use the same USD package rates as the global site, converted at a fixed reference rate of US$1 = HK$7.80. Your quote will show both the USD base and HKD amount.

Understanding what changes the scope before a quote

The package is a clear starting point, not a promise that every business needs the same website. The useful question is which pages, content responsibilities, languages, proof, and enquiry routes are needed for customers to understand the business and take the next step.

A site with a short, clear service offer may fit a focused package. Product structures, bilingual journeys, migration work, booking or CRM integration, and content that has to be researched or written may change the scope. Those additions should be discussed and itemised before work begins.

Compare website quotes by the work behind the number

A meaningful comparison looks beyond the headline price: which pages and templates are included, who supplies or prepares content, how feedback and revisions work, what happens to existing URLs, and what technical setup, analytics, hosting, or third-party subscriptions remain outside the project.

The lowest number is not automatically the lowest cost if important work is missing, unclear, or moved into later changes. A written scope gives both sides a way to confirm what is being delivered and where a separate decision is needed.

Keep currency, ownership, and ongoing work clear

Hong Kong prices are shown in HKD from the same USD base and package scope used globally. The reference conversion is explained on this page; the agreed quote should state the final scope, currency basis, and any additions rather than relying on an informal estimate.

Custom website deliverables, third-party licences, domains, hosting, maintenance, and future improvements have different responsibilities. Confirming them before approval makes the handover and support conversation clearer after launch.

Pricing, Ownership and Support Questions

How much does a website cost in Hong Kong?

Our unified packages are HK$14,040 for Starter, HK$21,840 for Business, and HK$31,200+ for Premium. They use the same USD base prices as the global site, converted at the reference rate of US$1 = HK$7.80.

What affects website design pricing in Hong Kong?

The final scope depends on the pages and templates, content and language responsibilities, available proof, existing-site or URL transition work, integrations, technical setup, testing, handover, support, third-party costs, and any changes approved after the initial scope. A focused package can be a useful starting point, but a written quote should identify which of those items apply to your project.

Are bilingual content and translation included?

English and Traditional Chinese structure can be included. Translation, copywriting, and specialist localization are not included by default; they are included only when itemized in the quote.

Do I own the website?

After final payment, you own the agreed custom website deliverables created for your project. Third-party fonts, stock assets, plugins, software, domain names, and hosted or subscription services remain subject to their providers’ licences and terms; any exception will be listed in the quote.

Is ongoing maintenance included?

Launch support and handover are included only as listed in the package or quote. A reference such as “1 Month Support” or “Ongoing Support” covers only the tasks and period confirmed in writing; content updates, third-party fees, and new features are separate unless explicitly included.
